This grand old house is an outstanding example of traditional old-school architecture, built in 1901 with numerous renovations over its life on the corner of Q and 7½ Street. The foundation and basement is constructed of hand-hewn native Bedford limestone blocks as large as 2-3′ long and 18″ thick.
